I don’t see the name of the organization or person I am trying to support. How do I know they are benefiting from my purchase?

Great question! Each participant is given a unique URL to share with folks like you that ties all of the purchases on that site to them and their organization. It is all done in the background and automatically.

Is there a minimum or maximum order amount?

There is a 2 pair minimum order (you can always go in with a friend to meet the minimum) and there is no maximum order.

How much do you charge for shipping? Is there also a handling fee?

All orders, of any quantity, pay a combination of actual shipping costs and a small handling fee for delivery to your door. That covers both USPS shipping and a small handling amount to pick, pack and ship your order. The more you order the less the percentage of your total is for shipping and handling.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You may also use your PayPal account to purchase from our website.

What should I do if I don’t receive my order or shipping confirmation?

First things first – check your email’s spam folder. If you still can’t find your confirmation, reach out to us via the contact form.

I received my order and it’s not correct! What do I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please reach out via the contact form within 10 days of receiving your order if you notice a mistake. Fancy Feet Sock Company will cover all additional shipping costs. There is no need to return the incorrect product, we will send you the correct merchandise at our expense.

Are sock sizes and shoe sizes the same?

No, they are actually quite different!

Standard women’s socks (Small/Med Adult) are size 9-11. This sock size corresponds to a women’s US shoe size 5 to 10-1/2. Standard men’s socks (Med/Large Adult) are size 10-13. This sock size corresponds to a men’s US shoe size 7 to 12-1/2. WYS socks fit most adults, women’s 4 to 10 and men’s 6 to 12 shoe sizes. Boy’s and Girl’s socks fit sizes 6 to 8-1/2, ages 5 to 10 years. NOTE: Most pre-teens can wear socks from the Small/Medium Adult category.

What are your socks made of?
Our fun novelty socks are made of high-quality materials. Most of them are a blend of 78% Polyester, 20% Nylon and 2% Spandex. The WYS socks are 80% Polyester, 15% Nylon and 5% Spandex. Our Compression socks are made of 80% Nylon and 20% Spandex/One Size Fits Most. Fluffys are made of 88% Polyester, 10% Nylon and 2% Spandex. How do I care for my socks?
All of our socks can be cared for by machine washing them in cold water, without bleach, and tumble drying on low heat.
May I place a phone order?

Unfortunately, to make sure the organization or group you are supporting gets credit for your purchase it must be made using the online ordering portal. If you are having difficulties using the portal you may contact us using our contact form.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes once an order has been submitted. However, if you would like to cancel, please use the contact form to inform us, before 12 pm, on the day following your order placement.
When can I expect my order to ship?

All orders will typically be picked, packed, and shipped within 48-72 hours.

September through December are our busiest months, due to school getting back in session and the holiday season. This is also the busiest time for shipping services. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive during these months.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship, flat rate, to all 50 states.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
I received a defective pair of socks. Can I return them?

Unfortunately, defects do happen, and we want to make it right! Please send us an image of your defective sock to: Support@ffsc.wpengine.com, with a brief note about your order, within 30 days of receiving your order. We will respond ASAP with steps on how to replace the socks.

I received my socks, but they don’t look like the picture on the website. What do I do?
Because there are so many colors in our unique novelty socks it is possible that a dye lot may be different from time to time. Color shades may be different from one production batch to another, this is common in the garment industry. If your socks are unacceptable, please contact us so we can resolve the issue for you.
Do you offer Mature or Adult themed socks?
Yes, on a separate ordering portal. Your acknowledgement that you are over 18 when you enter also indicates that you will not be offended by the content.
